Resident Actor at Chesapeake Shakespeare Company

In March 2011, I was offered a position in CSC's first Resident Acting Company.  The Company consists of 12 actors and the position will last two years.

Two Gentlemen of Verona in 2013

In May 2011, I began the rehearsal process for a production of Two Gentlemen of Verona that will be staged in 2013.  The long rehearsal period is in hope that the cast can shape the show in a more meaningful way than usually possible.  Rehearsals, on average, will be monthly until 6 weeks prior to production and will involve a lot of table and character work.  My home theatre, Chesapeake Shakespeare Company is producing the show.  It is directed by Patrick Kilpatrick and I am playing Silvia.

Broadway World Baltimore Acting Nominee!

I am humbled to be included in a fine group of ladies for my performance as Imogen in Cymbeline.  If you'd like to vote, you can do so here.  Also thrilled for my colleagues at CSC for nominations in Acting, Resident Ensemble, Scenic and Costume Design.  Way to go!!

Staged Reading with Grain of Sand Theatre Company

On Monday, November 21 2011, I will be part of a staged reading produced by Grain of Sand Theatre Company.  This reading of King Leir will be performed at the Capital Hill Arts Workshop (CHAW). More information about this play (the before THE play) can be found at pbs.org.

Staged Reading with The Actors' Center

On Monday, December 5th 2011, I will play Dean Sarah Daniels in a staged reading of Spinning Into Butter for The Actors' Center.  The reading is directed by Kevin Finkelstein, the newly appointed Artistic Director of The Molotov Group.  The reading is free, open to the public and will be followed by a reception.
